The chassis of choice was a Ford F-550 4 X 4 19,500 LB GVW chassis. The EVI Custom 16 foot walk-in Body includes (6) exterior storage compartments with Painted roll up doors. The interior of the module includes a crew area that is climate controlled with seating for (3) crew members, including a squad bench with (2) SCBA seat backs, and a flip up bench for (1) person. The interior also includes (2) storage closets and (3) storage cabinets. The 120/220 volt power needs are met by an 1800 Watt inverter, a power inlet for a customer supplied generator, and numerous electrical outlets. All compartment, scene, underbody, and emergency lights are LED.  Additional options include (2) side and (1) rear portable winch receiver, (2) upper body tie off rings, a Will-Burt Night Scan Chief 12 volt 7.5 foot LED light tower, electric powered compartment ventilation system, removable exterior command desk, dry erase boards, plus numerous slide out trays and adjustable shelves for storage.
