Experienced Custom Sheet Metal Fabricator
Job Summary: Perform tasks needed to fabricate, assemble and install parts for custom, special purpose vehicles.
Responsibilities:
-
Follow blueprints and layout drawings to fabricate metal products.
-
Operate welder, metal shear, brake press, roll former and other shop tools.
-
Assemble and install parts specific to job requirements.
-
Check quality and accuracy of work.
-
Maintain equipment to meet operational standards.
-
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
-
Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled by management.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in specialty fabrication such as trailers, RV’s, boats or motor homes.
-
Must be mechanically inclined, able to accurately measure and use math skills.
-
Must be able to solve problems and retain knowledge learned on site.
-
Must be a critical thinker and pay close attention to detail.
-
Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
-
Ability to lift and carry heavy items.

Electrician W/ Low Volt Auto/Marine Wiring Installation Experience
Seeking an experienced local (Palm Beach County) Electrician with Low Volt Auto/Marine/RV Wiring Installation Experience to join a team of skilled professionals to create custom solutions for emergency vehicles.
Job Summary: Install, wire and troubleshoot electrical components for custom, specialty purpose vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Follow blueprints and layout drawings to wire and install electrical components for emergency vehicles.

Operate miscellaneous shop tools.
-
Assemble harnesses, switch panels, etc. specific to job requirements.
-
Troubleshoot both 12v and 120v.
-
Check quality and accuracy of work.
-
Maintain equipment to meet operational standards.
-
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
-
Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled by management.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in specialty electrical such as trailers, RV’s, boats or motor homes.

Understanding of 12v and 120v circuitry.
-
Must be mechanically inclined, able to accurately measure and use math skills.
